Hi! thanks for being here.  I'm 'Chelle, a warm and empathic Psycho & Eco Therapist and Wellness Coach.

No matter what you're facing, I'll provide you with a safe and confidential space (inside or out) for you to explore the things concerning you, offering you freedom of expression without fear of judgement.  I offer a kinship which supports you in working through your challenges and personal development, in a way that feels right for you.

My therapy style is integrative, meaning it consists of adapting my approach to your individual needs.  I do this by using my foundation of training in psychodynamic and person-centred theories, whilst also incorporating other modalities.

I have therapy spaces in both Worcester and Redditch for face-to-face counselling for adults; either individually or as couple/relationship work.  Additionally, I offer Eco (Walk & Talk) therapy for individuals who may prefer an outdoor setting. *

Working together, we can bring self-awareness and an understanding of your feelings and experiences, and how this may be affecting your current relationships.  By doing so, this will help facilitate emotional relief and will support you on your therapeutic journey.

*Online & Telephone spaces are also available on request.
